Terms & Conditions

  1. The awards will be administered by Chief Officers 3rd Sector (CO3).
  2. CO3 will appoint a ‘Judging Panel’ to make an assessment of the entries and to draw up a shortlist to select a winner in each award category.
  3. The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. All entries must be accompanied by a completed application form, which will be acknowledged by email.
  5. By entering you agree to supply any additional financial or other information that may be requested. Entrants consent to this information being made available to judges and third parties associated with the awards process.
  6. The individuals who reach the finals of the awards agree to take part and assist with any promotional activities or PR supporting the awards, for this and future awards.
  7. The judges have the right to withhold an award in any category if they feel the entries are not of sufficient merit.
  8. The judges may also reallocate an entry to a different category.
  9. One individual will be selected on a lottery basis to represent any award-winning teams on future initiatives offered to the CO3 category winners. CO3 is not in a position to offer the award winners package to each team member.
  10. Shortlisted Third Sector leaders will be notified by email; if nominated individuals have not heard from us by mid-February 2022 they have not been shortlisted.
  11. Closing date for entries to the CO3 Leadership Awards is 12 noon on Friday 21 January 2022. Entries received after this date will not be accepted unless an extension has been given. The winners will receive their awards at an event on Thursday 24 March 2022, in Europa Hotel, Belfast, in line with Covid restrictions at the time.
  12. All entries must be submitted via this application form.
  13. No responsibility will be taken by CO3 or any sponsors or companies associated with the awards, for delayed, lost or damaged entries. Entries are non-returnable and any supporting documents should be copies, not originals.
  14. By submitting your entry you are confirming that the information it contains is correct. If the information is found to be inaccurate the nomination will be withdrawn.
