Report: Supply Chains as a Model of Collaboration NI

The first policy roundtable in Phase Two of CollaborationNI was held recently at The Long Gallery in Stormont.

The event provided a platform to consider the potential of supply chains as a model of collaboration for the third sector.

Sixty-five attendees from across the third sector, government, and the private sector participated in the symposium and heard from examples of good practice, and not so good practice, in Northern Ireland, and elsewhere, in building effective collaborations which result in improved services and better client outcomes. The symposium was addressed by four leading professionals on both the theory and practical applications of supply chains.

Subsequently, we have produced a short report which captures the key findings from the event.

The report also contains a number of recommendations for the third sector, politicians and government to consider.  The full report may be accessed below.
If you would like to discuss the key findings of the report in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact Nora Smith on 028 90 245 346 or email nora@co3.bz
