New Themed Networking Series for Associate Members

New Themed Networking Series for Associate Members

CO3 is delighted to introduce a new idea for 2017 for our Associate Members.  CO3 wants to create opportunities for longer term engagement to allow Associates (those at Senior Management Team level) to develop deeper and longer lasting relationships in the network.  As such CO3 is setting up a series of quarterly meetings based around four key themes that we think are of particular interest to members.

The four themes identified for 2017 are:

  • Financial Management
  • Fundraising
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Human Resource Management

Each theme will be hosted by a different Corporate/ Member  who will facilitate a series of four sessions being held over a morning or lunchtime period lasting approx. 1 ½ hours. We expect the learning and skills exchange to begin quickly and participants in each group will set the agenda accordingly. The first session will begin to form a peer network with a view to sharing support, experience, issues and best practice.  All sessions will be under Chatham House rules, and individuals must be willing to share with the group and work together to suggest possible ways forward.

We are delighted to announce that the first themed series will be on Financial Management and will kindly be supported by Grant Thornton
