Effective Employee Relations for Chief Executives - 10th June

Effective Employee Relations for Chief Executives - 10th June

CO3 in partnership with thinkpeople Consulting Ltd is delighted to run this lunchtime seminar to allow leaders from Medium to Smaller organisations to consider approaches to Employee Relations for their organisation.

The approach an organisation takes to Employee Relations in practice is now understood to be a key indicator of the health of the internal Corporate Culture and the level of Employee Engagement, particularly with regard to levels of commitment and loyalty. Over the past decade approaches to handling common Employee Relations issues such as Grievance and Discipline has evolved, with the need to become more efficient and effective in resolving matters quickly and effectively whilst minimising reputational damage and / or costs associated with tribunal cases. This session focuses on the particular issues faced by Leaders of Medium to Small Enterprise who may have experienced obstacles in achieving satisfactory resolution.

Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about some of the different approaches to handling more complex cases through case study materials.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session when you will have the opportunity to get practical answers to any specific questions you may have.

Who Should Attend

This event is aimed at Chief Executives and top team members of small to medium sized organisations who wish to become more confident in handling complex disputes and improving their organisation’s approach the Employee Relations.
