International Advisor to CO3

CO3 is delighted to have Dr John Brothers as their international advisor. John has worked closely with CO3 since 2012 when he came to speak at our conference. John has since provided training for our Interim Executives as well as advising CO3, providing support, advice and avenues for possible funding. John has continued to contribute to CO3 providing other masterclasses dealing with  succession planning as well  as how to assess an organisations capacity.

In his new voluntary role with CO3, John will:

  • Provide CO3 with international perspectives based on research and best practice from the USA and other countries.
  • Advise CO3 on executive leadership, third sector effectiveness, sustainability and assisting organisations in both organisational growth and decline.
  • Collaborate with CO3 in the development of new models, processes and programmes to enhance third sector leadership in Northern Ireland
  • Advise CO3 on the effective delivery of its charitable objectives.

We are delighted to have John on board with us in CO3 and to continue our working relationship with him.
