Surviving a Restructure

Surviving a Restructure
Tuesday, November 14, 2017 - 12:30 to 14:00
CO3 Offices (34 Shaftesbury Square, Belfast, BT2 7DB)

We live in uncertain times where change is fact a life.  In order to keep up with the changing external environment that organisations operate in Senior Managers need to look at the structure of their organisations and in some cases make cost saving measures by way of redundancy.

The purpose of this seminar is to provide information on the principles involved in redundancy and the process to follow to ensure that the Senior Managers involved meet their legal obligations around selection and consultation, both collective and individual.

We will look at how to complete such an exercise with fairness and empathy to help minimise the impact of stress for all the parties involved (including redundancy ‘survivors’) in the process and the likelihood of litigation.

There will be a question and answer session at the end of the session.
