People 1st, 89 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6SP

For businesses to thrive in today’s economy, finding and retaining the best employees is very important.

Turnover has a negative impact on employee morale, productivity and revenue.

Results from a recent HR Review* survey showed that on average a business spends £5,433 on logistical costs, with the following factors contributing:

  • Hiring temporary workers before the replacement starts: £3,618.
  • Management time spent interviewing candidates: £767.
  • Recruitment agency fees: £454.

Hiring people is an expensive process. So in order to keep these costs to a minimum it is important that organsations find ways to retain the staff employed. Offering training and development is one way that organisations can do this.

Join us on 28th June from 10am – 12.30pm in People 1st, 89 Malone Road, to learn more.

During this workshop, People 1st will provide you with information on skills solutions for your business and employee training and development opportunities.
