The awards are open to organisations:
- Who fit within the definition of an organisation working within the Third Sector i.e. Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations
- The nomination process is for the whole board and not for one particular individual as good governance is a collective responsibility
- Closing date for nominations: Friday 30 April 2021
