As we begin the new year and get over the seasons festivities, my mind turns to the RBS 6 Nations rugby, a tournament in which Ireland over recent years has excelled.  The competition is gruelling with each country preparing teams of all shapes and sizes (ability wise), all working to the same goal to be the best that they can be by pulling together and exemplifying the highest level of teamwork.

Interim Executive Training

In the summer of 2012 I received an invitation from CO3 to attend a very interesting looking training course on Interim Chief Executive Leadership.  I wasn’t sure what to expect from the training and having worked as an independent consultant in the Third Sector for many years I wasn’t certain that Interim Executive Leadership was for me.
