Permanent Executive Recruitment

CO3 have deep relationships within, and an intrinsic understanding of the Third Sector which is utilised fully to effectively source and place top talent from senior management to Chief Executive. CO3 pride itself on working with the leaders of today and tomorrow within the Third Sector in Northern Ireland.


Interim Executive Service

The Interim Executive Service provides Third Sector organisations with access to expert, experienced Third Sector Interim Executives both as a support to Chief Officers in times of need and also to support an organisation when there is a temporary gap in leadership. The Interim Executive Service also offers senior management support.


Board Recruitment

CO3 have an extensive network of experienced Board members through the Trustee Members and by working closely with senior management teams, have access to talent ready to embark upon their first board appointment. Our reach also extends to the Private Sector through our corporate partners and business networks. As an organisation which works with Boards and leaders in the Third Sector every day, CO3 is ideally placed to source and select the very best fit for organisations’ Boards.
