CO3 Mentoring Programme 2010

CO3 Mentoring Programme 2010

CO3 is delivering a broad range of activities as part of its Leadership Development Initiative to help its members to do their jobs to the highest standard.  Following on from the successful completion of last year’s pilot mentoring programme, CO3 is delighted  to be running this programme for Third Sector Leaders for another year.

How does it work?

The Programme started in April 2010 and runs for for a 12 month period, it aims to provide mentees (those being mentored) with a confidential and safe environment to develop their leadership abilities.  The Mentees are facing a "new to them" situation or a specific issue and work this through with the help from a Mentor.  The Mentors come from the Private, Public or Voluntary and Community Sector and also benefit from taking part by further enhancing their communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and listening skills. Mentors will have an opportunity to reflect on their own personal development and gain a feeling of satisfaction in making a difference.

Cost

The Mentoring Programme  is free of charge!

We currently have 20 leaders of voluntary / community organisations participating on this  years programme and is at full capacity, however CO3 would hope to run a further programme next year.  If you are interested in participating either as a Mentee or a Mentor on next year's programme then please contact Tracey McCreanor by email on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or telephone 028 90245356 and we can send you further information.
