Half Day Workshop

After a number of requests from members, we were delighted to facilitate this half day workshop led by Irene Hewitt,  former CEO of The Beeches Management Centre. Irene now works as an independent consultant specialising in leadership and organisation development.  She has led organisation wide development initiatives, supporting the recent (and on-going) set up of new health and social care organisations and the management of major change. As a result, Irene has extensive experience of Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) The Public Sector use CBI as a preferred method for recruiting leaders across all departments and many 3rd sector organisations have indicated their desire to use this method to ensure they get the very best people for senior vacancies. This workshop helped participants understand the process of CBI from the perspective of an interviewer and also that of an interviewee. If you would be interested in learning more about CBI following the introductory event, then CO3 will undertake to facilitate this.
