Back in autumn of last year, Jackie White, Head of Leadership Development, did some research into the issues that leaders of smaller organisations are currently facing and would like to examine further. As a direct result of this research CO3 is delighted to be able to offer you an exciting series of leadership workshops inspired by our members. The series aims to stretch the individual, challenge current thinking, and ultimately help you grow as a leader in the Sector. Due to extremely high levels of demand and over subscription for the first series, we ran this programme for a second time from April – June 2009. This series of events is open for applications from Chief Officers who are members of CO3 and their Senior Managers / Deputy Chief Officers. The series consists of 4 events.
