CO3’s mission is to champion, connect and inspire third sector leaders to maximise their impact and influence.

We are a membership body for chief officers in the third sector, with over 250 members who lead organisations across Northern Ireland’s third sector.

We provide training and personal development tailored to the needs of our members. We also provide services tailored to the critical times in the lives and work of third sector leaders.

We provide a strategic information hub for third sector leaders, including a leadership library of books, DVDs and other publications.

We encourage peer support and networking within the third sector.

We ensure that third sector leaders are recognised as key players in building strong civil society and a prosperous and stable future in Northern Ireland.
