Organisational Capacity – how can we assess how we are doing?

The session will look at the issues around assessing an organisation's capacity including:

  • What aspects of an organisation affect its performance?
  • What tools and frameworks are out there that Third Sector leaders can use to assess the capacity of their organisation?
  • What are the differences between the different tools and frameworks?

There are a range of tools on the market available to charities both on a paid for and on a free basis.  Any organisational audit which assesses your organisation’s capacity should take a complete look at the whole organisation, from strategy to delivery.

The workshop will provide you with an opportunity to assess the different tools and approaches which will provide you with the information on the tools and framework that you need to help to build the capacity and capability of your organisation and staff team.
