CO3 Full Members work in a very wide range of voluntary and community organisations in Northern Ireland.  The unifying factor in CO3 is that we all recognise that it can be lonely at the top!  We need to keep up-to-date with legislation, policy, professional, social and political developments – we are all short of time and our budgets are limited!  We currently have almost 200 members and that figure is expected to continue to grow.  The purpose of CO3 is to make your job easier, providing key relevant information, support when you need it, as well as discounts and services that give you an edge on your leadership role.
