CO3 Mentoring Programme

CO3 is delivering a broad range of activities to help the NI Voluntary and Community Sector become more skillful in working together.  As part of this initiative, CO3 have commenced its 3rd Mentoring Programme to enable members to benefit from the experience and knowledge of their peers, either from within the Third Sector or from the public and private sectors. Mentoring is a highly successful development tool at senior executive level because it can be tailor-made to suit the individual and issues/experiences can be discussed in a safe and confidential environment. 

The programme matches Third Sector  leaders with other leaders on a project or issue specific basis for a 12 month period.   In September, CO3 ran some information sessions and has now developed a bank of Mentors for the programme.
