CO3 Coaching Circle

Coaching is a powerful leadership tool used by leaders to develop core leadership skills.  Alongside mentoring, coaching has grown in profile and use, offering support to leaders on their leadership journey.  At CO3 we are receiving more requests from members about coaching.  Therefore, we have established the CO3 Coaching Circle.  The Coaches listed on our website have met the following criteria:

  1. Have completed and passed a recognised or accredited programme of coach-specific training with a coach training provider at ILM Level 5 or above
  2. Hold accreditation to a professional coaching body i.e. AC, ICF ANLP and EMCC
  3. Hold Professional Indemnity Insurance
  4. Have completed a minimum of 100 post-qualification coaching hours
  5. Subscribe to the Code of Ethics and engaging in regular supervision
  6. Once evidence has been provided, completion of short informed conversation will be held with a member of the CO3 management team.

Stephanie Harvie

Stephanie is an AC accredited Executive Coach with nearly 400 hours of coaching experience with professionals like you who are passionate about personal growth and development.  Stephanie has a background in business improvement methods, education, organisational design and development and brings all of that together into a coaching format to work with executives to support personal transformation.

She has a keen interest in how the new stress norms can often go unnoticed in workplaces and how environmental and personal stresses affects executives by reducing the impact that they can make.  Clearly, your sector right now needs executives throughout your organisation at their best and Stephanie works passionately to empower dedicated leaders to achieve their best outcomes.

A recent testimonial captures Stephanie’s approach with her clients:
“Steph's approach combines analytical rigor with pragmatic commentary to deliver genuinely insightful, objective advice regarding the career choices and growth opportunities we are all faced with. Steph’s extremely positive approach enabled the setting and completion of incremental milestones that helped me to progress. The result: a genuinely transformative experience that has resulted in me securing a senior appointment in a completely new sector.”

Seanie Meyler

People have within themselves the ability to achieve what they want to achieve. My role as a Coach is to both challenge them and then support them in taking the steps forward that may involve changing some behaviours, attitudes and perspectives. Working with people, either 1-1 or in a team, to help them set goals, guide actions, keep them on track and achieve top performance. As a former Tyrone County footballer and current Northern Ireland Masters athlete, I understand the importance of motivation as your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.

Seanie is an EMCC Accredited Coach. Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching, Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Well Being Coaching, Certificate in Team Coaching, Introduction to Motivational Interviewing, Tutor with Kingstown College Dublin delivering their Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching

Coaching Focus
  • Providing leaders with the skills to be more coach-like in their day to day role with their staff.
  • “Change is external, Transition is internal” Supporting leaders with managing transition, building trust, handling conflict, gaining commitment, accepting accountability and ultimately achieving the results needed.
  • Challenging the belief systems of those who have experience and knowledge but are failing to take action themselves to grow their career.
  • Raising self-awareness in how they see the world and how this may be helping or hindering them in both work and life. Every experience changes the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
  • Supporting leaders on a journey of transformation by encouraging them to see alternative solutions
